Senior Executive Coaching
Senior leaders in demanding industries don't arrive at the top by accident. They're high-performers who have navigated complexity, made consequential decisions under pressure, and built the resilience to keep going when things get hard. What brings them to coaching isn't a deficit — it's a drive to perform at their best. They want to operate at the next level, and they want a thinking partner who can help them get there.
Co-founder and coach Lauren Rigney works with senior executives and leaders across finance, emerging technology, and other high-performance industries. Her clients are accomplished, self-aware, and committed to growth. What they share is an environment where the stakes are high, the pace is relentless, and the margin between good and great is narrow.
Who finds the most value
Some clients arrive at a specific inflection point — a promotion to a role with broader scope, a difficult team dynamic, a period of sustained pressure that's affecting their performance. Others come with longer-term ambitions: they're already performing well and want to perform at an entirely different level. Many are simply hungry for a rigorous thinking partner they don't have access to anywhere else in their professional lives.
The through-line isn't industry or seniority. It's a genuine appetite for self-examination in service of results — and the discipline to act on what that examination reveals.
If this resonates, Executive & Leadership Coaching might be the key that unlocks your highest performance.
The approach
Lauren's coaching draws on deep academic grounding in psychology and human motivation — an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Princeton University, graduate degrees in both Exercise and Sport Studies and Professional Counseling, and licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in New York and Massachusetts.
That foundation shapes everything. Understanding why high-performers behave the way they do — under pressure, in conflict, at moments of transition — is the starting point for helping them perform differently. Lauren combines that psychological depth with practical coaching methodology developed over 15 years working with elite performers across business, athletics, and the arts.
For many executive clients, this work connects naturally to Performance Coaching — Lauren's specialty in helping clients unlock peak performance through proven psychological techniques. The two practices are closely related, and engagements often draw on both.
Complementary expertise
When engagements call for specialized expertise in specific business disciplines — building a network, delivering compelling presentations, navigating hiring decisions, or developing practical business skills — clients also have access to co-founder and coach Kristen Connor's 20 years of operating experience in the technology industry. The two coaches work in close collaboration, ensuring clients have access to the right expertise at every stage of their engagement.
Getting started
Coaching engagements begin with a free consultation — a conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and whether this is the right fit. There is no obligation, and no pitch.
